Construction Labourer

About the role
T.A Construction Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to support residential building projects across Guernsey. You will work on site, assisting tradespeople and contributing to the smooth progress of construction activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist tradesmen with daily tasks on construction sites.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Prepare sites for upcoming work, including setting up equipment and materials.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
- Support general construction activities on residential projects.
Required profile
- Full, valid driving licence.
- Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Legal right to work in Guernsey.
