Country Manager – Affiliate Networks (Kenya)

About the role

Demopips is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead its affiliate network strategy in Kenya. You will be the primary face of the brand in the local fintech ecosystem, driving partnership growth and ensuring the platform’s success across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market and affiliate expansion plan for Kenya.
• Build, lead, and optimise a high‑performing network of affiliate partners.
• Act as Demopips’s ambassador within the local fintech and affiliate communities.
• Analyse market trends, regulatory updates, and user behaviour to inform growth decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns and offerings for Kenyan users.
• Host and attend regional events, webinars, and meet‑ups to strengthen community ties.
• Monitor affiliate KPIs, track conversions and ensure performance benchmarks are met.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to the global executive team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Country Manager or Senior Affiliate Manager in fintech or an affiliate‑focused organisation.
• Strong leadership with a proven track record of managing affiliate accounts and revenue pipelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of local regulations is a plus.
• Results‑oriented mindset with hands‑on experience in growth and campaign execution.
