Credit & Risk Analyst – Collections & AR Management

About the role

We are looking for a finance professional to lead credit and risk assessment, collections and accounts receivable processes. The role combines analytical rigor with strong partnership skills to support sales growth while safeguarding the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis to evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers and set appropriate credit limits and payment terms.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash cycle, driving cash collection activities to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Manage the accounts receivable ledger, resolve customer disputes, claims and deductions in coordination with sales and logistics.
• Act as a strategic business partner, advising on solutions that enable sales growth while managing risk.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports on collections, aged debt and risk exposure to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and legal regulations for credit and collection processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Minimum three years of experience in Financial Controlling or Management Accounting.
• Experience in the FMCG sector is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills.
