About the role
We are seeking a friendly, customer‑oriented specialist to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will help customers return unused equipment and assist them in catching up on their payments, while embodying passion and positivity.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Guide customers through the equipment return process.
- Assist customers in resolving payment issues and arranging payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Work assigned shifts, including evenings and Saturdays.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours (10:30 am‑7 pm, part‑time 4 pm‑7 pm, Saturday 8:30 am‑5 pm).
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening.
- Potential to grow into a leadership role.

- Hourly wage of $14.50‑$15.00 plus commission (average $2+ per hour).
