About the role
The Customer Success Specialist will provide first‑line support to Apptivate Africa’s clients across phone, WhatsApp and other channels. You will ensure issues are resolved quickly, help onboard new users, and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
- Create, document, and track tickets in the company ticketing system.
- Escalate technical or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot reported problems.
- Analyse customer feedback to suggest product and process improvements.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new clients on the App2Africa platform.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a customer‑first mindset.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Experience using ticketing systems to log and manage customer issues.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp as a customer communication channel.
- Basic proficiency with mobile‑app platforms and onboarding tools.
