Digital Growth Associate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Growth Associate to boost our online presence and generate inbound business leads. The role will manage social media, website, content and digital marketing activities to attract potential clients and convert engagement into qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company social media platforms, develop content calendars and publish engaging content.
• Maintain and update the company website, improve user experience and ensure effective lead‑capture mechanisms.
• Develop and execute inbound lead generation campaigns across digital channels.
• Create posts, articles, graphics, case studies and other marketing materials.
• Track website traffic, engagement and campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives and hand over qualified leads.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation or lead generation.
• Practical knowledge of SEO, website management and digital marketing analytics.
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva and familiarity with website platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, writing, analytical and organizational skills.
