Digital Marketer

About the role

A home healthcare provider is looking for a Digital Marketer to strengthen its online presence and engage its target audience. The role covers digital marketing strategy, social media, content creation and lead generation, with a focus on experience working with international companies, especially in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimise campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads to generate qualified leads for home care programmes.
• Create SEO-friendly content and visuals for social media, blogs and websites.
• Monitor and manage social media channels, responding promptly to comments, inquiries and messages.
• Track, analyse and report metrics such as lead generation, engagement rates and conversions using Meta Ads Manager and a lead management CRM.
• Optimise ad creatives, copy and landing pages for better click-through and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with company objectives and keep messaging consistent.
• Research markets and audiences, create and schedule content calendars, and nurture leads through the CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.
• About 4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation.
• Proven experience running social media campaigns and digital ads, and a track record of lead generation through CRM systems.
• Experience working with international companies, especially in the US.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO and digital advertising tools.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent writing, communication and creative skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
