Direct Sales Agent

About the role

Career Directions Limited (CDL) is hiring a Direct Sales Agent in Nairobi. The role generates sales for airtime, acquisitions and devices, supports the client's retail operations and drives revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales for airtime, acquisitions and devices according to targets
• Monitor the client's inventory and consignment stock daily to keep balances accurate
• Manage the daily cash float and account for daily sales
• Support and implement customer experience improvement strategies to increase sales
• Offer technical support to customers, especially on configuring data devices
• Develop new leads, close them and grow the individual customer database

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Experience with live@home (fixed internet)
