Direct Sales Agent – Nairobi

About the role

The Direct Sales Agent will be the face of the brand in Nairobi, managing the full sales cycle from prospect identification to closing deals. You will combine negotiation, strong communication and a passion for customer service to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through field marketing, community outreach and networking.
• Deliver engaging presentations that showcase product value and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Overcome objections, guide prospects through the enrollment or purchasing process and close sales.
• Maintain post‑sale contact to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Track progress using logs, weekly schedules and regular reviews, reporting results to management.
• Monitor competitor activity, gather pricing and product data, and suggest market‑driven ideas.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and support team projects as needed.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Communication or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, marketing or a related field.
• Results‑oriented, proactive and able to work collaboratively.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
