Direct Sales Agent (Upperhill)

About the role

Career Directions Limited is hiring a Direct Sales Agent for its Upperhill location in Nairobi. The role markets and sells telecommunication products and services to customers professionally, within the finance controls, processes and policies governing retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales for airtime, acquisitions and devices according to targets
• Monitor inventory and consignment stock daily to keep balances accurate
• Manage the daily cash float and account for daily sales
• Support and implement customer experience improvement strategies to increase sales
• Offer technical support to customers, especially on configuring data devices

Principal outputs

• Achieve revenue targets in airtime, routers and handsets
• Ensure shop profitability (EBIDTA) by following retail SOPs on stock and cash management and operational costs
• Deliver quality acquisitions in terms of FRA and ARPU
• Improve customer satisfaction and first-level resolution, and grow the customer database
• Develop new business leads and close them

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• At least 1 year of sales experience
