Director of Partnerships & Growth (Kenya)

About the role

The Director of Partnerships & Growth will lead Inteleos Africa’s market development and strategic expansion in Kenya. Reporting to senior leadership, you will champion the organization’s mission to improve equitable, high‑quality healthcare by building strong collaborations across public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional growth strategy for Inteleos in Kenya.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that expand maternal and fetal health initiatives, including ultrasound training and certification programs.
• Represent Inteleos externally as the primary point of contact with government agencies, hospitals, NGOs, and private enterprises.
• Advocate for healthcare workforce development and entrepreneurship within the Kenyan ecosystem.
• Coordinate with internal councils (ARDMS, APCA, etc.) to align certification standards with local needs.

Required profile

• Significant experience in partnership development or business growth within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of maternal and fetal health services and point‑of‑care ultrasound.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including public institutions and private companies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
