Entry Level Customer Experience Specialist (C&B)

About the role

The Entry Level Specialist will support the branch’s Islamic Banking initiatives, focusing on growing the customer portfolio and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role combines business growth, risk management, and service quality responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Islamic Banking strategic initiatives to increase new business and wallet share.
• Manage portfolio risks, ensure compliance with KYC/AML, and adhere to internal controls.
• Collaborate with sales, asset finance, CIB and Bancassurance teams to maximise cross‑selling opportunities.
• Monitor performance against targets, initiate action plans for shortfalls, and ensure timely account onboarding.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by meeting TAT standards and handling complaints promptly.

Required profile

• Business‑related degree from a recognised university.
• Experience or familiarity with Islamic banking products and Shariah principles.
• Strong understanding of retail and business banking offerings.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Islamic banking regulations, Shariah law and audits.
• Understanding of KYC, AML processes and risk management.
