Field Sales Executive - Retail

About the role

AutoXpress Limited is hiring a Field Sales Executive for its retail business in Westlands, Nairobi. Reporting to the Retail Development Manager, the executive acquires and onboards new customers, grows existing accounts and maximises sales within the assigned territory. The role involves building strong customer relationships, spotting business opportunities and working with teams to hit sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve set targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify, engage and onboard new customers.
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and responsive support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration.
• 2-3 years of field sales experience in a B2B setting; automobile industry preferred.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
• Preferably a Kenyan citizen.
