About the role
The Financial Education & Training Officer will be based in Mombasa at Ingot Group Kenya and will design, deliver and manage educational programmes that enhance clients’ and staff’s understanding of financial markets, trading platforms and the company’s services.
Key responsibilities
- Create and deliver webinars, seminars and training materials on financial markets and trading concepts.
- Conduct regular client‑facing webinars covering trading fundamentals and platform usage.
- Develop and run internal training programmes to improve staff knowledge of financial products.
- Design customised training sessions for high‑net‑worth clients.
- Provide educational support to the Kenya office and coordinate with local teams as needed.
- Produce structured learning resources that meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align client education initiatives with business goals.
- Stay up‑to‑date on financial products and platforms to ensure high‑quality delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services or capital markets.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, capital markets and trading platforms.
- Fluent in English and Swahili.
- Analytical, reporting and presentation abilities.
