Graduate Recruitment Consultant (Remote – Kenya)

About the role

UCM is hiring a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join its international recruitment team, supporting UK Education, Middle East and Global markets. This remote, full‑time position is ideal for ambitious graduates looking to build a career in recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using databases, job boards and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct qualification calls and assess suitability.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and build professional relationships.
• Keep the candidate pipeline active through consistent follow‑up and proactive outreach.
• Update the recruitment CRM accurately and work towards activity, pipeline and placement targets.
• Develop market knowledge and gradually take ownership of a recruitment desk.

• Strong spoken and written English with confident, professional communication.
• Intelligence, curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
• Drive, resilience, persistence and coachability.
• Organised, responsive and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Motivated by targets, progression and earning potential.
• Availability to work UK business hours.
