IT Vendor Contract Administrator

About the role

The IT Vendor Contract Administrator will act as a central point for managing invoice workflows and ensuring that delivered services match contractual agreements. This role supports the finance and procurement teams by maintaining accurate records and providing analytical insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming invoice workflows and resolve any invoice‑related issues.
• Verify that services delivered align with corresponding invoices.
• Develop and maintain an invoice log tracking receipt, approval and payment.
• Consolidate supplier reports into comprehensive reports for management.
• Conduct impact assessments, prioritize tasks and update contract management tools, templates and reports.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent (minimum of 2 A‑Levels).
• General knowledge of office systems and ability to work independently.
• Basic experience coordinating work of others and providing technical support.
• Ability to analyse data trends and develop action plans with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Teams and Outlook.
• Experience using SAP S/4.
• Familiarity with InvoiceTrack.
• Ability to create reports in Power BI.
