Key Accounts Executive

About the role

Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management solutions firm operating across Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan. It is looking for a competent, skilled and experienced Key Accounts Executive to work in Nairobi, Kenya, working closely with the Head of Projects.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with the Head of Projects to implement project goals and coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
• Handle administrative duties such as setting up meetings and drafting billing summaries.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, legal and policy requirements.
• Supervise on-site staff, assign duties and make sure allocated tasks are completed on time.
• Review processes to improve efficiency and prepare monthly reports shared with management and clients.
• Process payroll for project staff, maintain the on-site attendance register and report disciplinary issues to HR.
• Update and report on schedule progress, budget and spending; identify and close skill gaps.
• Take part in staff recruitment interviews, monitor project performance and agree priorities with the client.
• Communicate the project plan internally and with the client, make requisitions for materials and keep accurate project records.

Required profile

• Diploma in Project Management, HR or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of previous work experience, including 2 years in an administrative role within an outsourcing service provider.
• Preferred experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent planning and organisation, interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
