Management Trainee – Human Resources Leadership Program

About the role

The Aspire Future Leaders Program offers a structured rotation for recent graduates to develop functional expertise in Human Resources. You will work on real projects across HR functions, gaining hands‑on experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, employee wellbeing, and HR analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Review HR processes, systems and global best practices to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support executive search and talent acquisition through market research, talent mapping and industry analysis.
• Participate in Learning & Development initiatives, including training coordination and internship support.
• Assist the Office of Wellbeing, Employee Engagement and Belonging in designing and delivering employee‑focused programs.
• Contribute to projects on process automation, system enhancements and operational efficiency.
• Collect, analyse and report HR data to generate workforce insights and support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferably ongoing) in Human Resources or a related field.
• Maximum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
• Strong academic performance.
• Residency in Kenya or permission to work in the country.
