Marketing & Business Development Officer

About the role

Go Cleaners and Restoration is looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Officer in Nairobi. The successful candidate will promote the company, generate new business opportunities and strengthen its brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and apply for relevant tenders and business opportunities, and prepare and coordinate tender documents and submissions
• Reach out to potential corporate and institutional clients
• Manage the company's social media platforms and create engaging content
• Design flyers, brochures, company profiles and marketing booklets, and develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials
• Maintain a database of potential clients and leads, follow them up and generate new business
• Prepare marketing reports and give regular feedback on business development activities

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• At least 2 years' experience in marketing, business development or a similar role
• Proven experience in tender applications is an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills and good attention to detail
• Self-driven, organised and able to work with minimal supervision

Required skills

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Ability to use Canva or other graphic design tools
