Marketing Manager

About the role

A client of Brites Management Services is looking for an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead its marketing strategy, strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads and support business growth. The role covers integrated digital and offline campaigns and works closely with the sales team to turn marketing opportunities into revenue. It is a full-time position based in Mlolongo.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with commercial and growth objectives, and plan, run and evaluate digital and offline campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing including social media, Google Ads, SEO, content marketing and email marketing, and build lead-generation campaigns.
• Track digital performance with analytics and marketing tools and give actionable insights.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity and oversee marketing content, promotional materials and product communications.
• Work with the sales team on marketing-to-sales funnels, lead quality, conversion rates and customer acquisition cost.
• Manage marketing budgets and coordinate external agencies, suppliers and media partners.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, building materials, FMCG, retail or a similar commercial industry.
• Proven experience managing digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns, and managing budgets and agencies.
• Experience working with sales teams and managing marketing-to-sales funnels.

Required skills

• Strong analytical, communication, leadership and project-management skills.
