Office Security Guard Services (Day & Night Shifts)

About the role

Terre des hommes Kenya is seeking a qualified security service provider to deliver comprehensive office security for its premises. The contract covers day‑time and night‑time guarding, access control, visitor management and risk mitigation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one (1) guard on day shift and two (2) guards on night shift (total three guards).
• Manage access control points and ensure proper visitor registration and record keeping.
• Conduct parcel, personal and vehicle searches for individuals entering the premises.
• Perform routine office security patrols and monitor security equipment.
• Advise Terre des hommes Kenya management on measures to reduce safety and security risks.
• Coordinate closely with on‑site management and report incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Established security service provider with experience delivering office security in Kenya.
• Ability to supply trained guards for both day and night operations.
• Proven track record of implementing access‑control and visitor‑management procedures.
• Capacity to conduct thorough searches and risk assessments.
