Officers Club Manager – Hospitality Operations

About the role

Amentum is seeking an Officers Club Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations of the Officers Club on Diego Garcia. The role supports a unique U.S. Navy program, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for officers and guests while meeting Navy service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all club functions, including food and beverage service, customer relations, and event coordination.
• Lead, supervise, and train staff to meet the Navy’s MWR Star Service and AECR program standards.
• Maintain compliance with CNICINST 1710.3 hazardous‑material regulations and ensure all personnel hold current CPR certification.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and food‑safety standards throughout the facility.
• Develop programs and services that enhance patron experience.
• Manage inventory, hazardous‑material storage, and record‑keeping.
• Track budgets, financial records, and revenue goals.
• Communicate with patrons, staff, and stakeholders to resolve concerns and improve offerings.
• Plan and execute special events, catering, and activities for officers and guests.
• Prepare routine operational, training, and customer‑service reports.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hospitality, food‑and‑beverage, or facility‑operations experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Willingness to complete Navy MWR Star Service and AECR customer‑service training.
• Ability to obtain training for hazardous‑material handling per CNICINST 1710.3.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid passport with at least one year of validity and ability to pass contract medical requirements.
