Data Analyst - Real Estate & Revenue

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Data Analyst focused on real estate and revenue, within its hospitality and property management business. The role covers property performance analysis, data quality, dashboards and reporting, and forecasting, based in Westlands.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse property and portfolio performance across occupancy, revenue, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, cancellations and other hospitality metrics, comparing properties, locations, channels and customer segments.
• Support pricing, demand forecasting and revenue management decisions using historical performance, booking data and market trends.
• Collect, clean, validate and reconcile data from PMS platforms, OTAs, spreadsheets and other systems, investigating discrepancies and setting up standardised KPI definitions and quality controls.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and weekly and monthly reports on revenue, occupancy, pricing and booking pace, presenting findings to management.
• Analyse booking trends, seasonality and demand patterns to support revenue forecasting, and review revenue, costs and profitability to spot revenue leakage and underperforming properties.
• Automate recurring reports and work with Revenue Management, Operations, Finance and Property Management teams to improve reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Data Science.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, revenue analytics or real estate analytics.
• Experience in short-term rentals, serviced apartments, hotels or property management is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, including PivotTables and XLOOKUP.
• Power BI, Tableau or a similar visualization tool.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Data cleaning, validation and visualization skills, strong analytical and communication skills.
