职位概况
负责通过电话、微信等渠道为客户提供咨询、预约及文档协助，工作全程居家远程，时间对接美国时段。
主要职责
- 通过线上电话和公司微信回答客户的简单询问。
- 电话预约新客户并记录信息。
- 使用CRM系统将客户需求分配给对应同事。
- 协助客户理解英文信件、文件并提供操作指引。
- 通过短信或邮件进行提醒式沟通。
任职要求
- 中文书面及口语流利。
- 能阅读英文系统界面，英语四级或英文专业者优先。
- 具备相关工作经验者优先。
- 责任心强，性格活泼开朗，具团队合作精神。
- 自我管理和时间安排能力佳，适应居家办公。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office。
- 熟悉Adobe PDF操作。
- 熟练使用微信及其朋友圈功能。
- 快速掌握公司CRM系统。
我们提供
- 基本薪酬6000-9000元/月（含1500元社保补贴）。
- 培训期薪酬为基本薪酬的50%，培训时长2个月。
- 每6个月考核一次，表现优秀可提升薪酬。
- 工作满12-24个月后可申请美国总部岗位并获得工作签证。
