Partner Success Manager – Kenya

About the role

Turaco is a fast‑growing fintech insurance startup focused on bringing affordable, subscription‑based coverage to emerging markets in Africa. The Partner Success Manager will be the steward of Turaco’s partnerships in Kenya, nurturing relationships, driving growth within existing accounts, and ensuring partners receive exceptional value from the collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate accounts and act as the primary operational liaison between partners and Turaco’s engineering, underwriting, and finance teams.
• Analyze partner workflows to understand consumer cycles and ensure seamless integration of insurance products into distribution channels.
• Maintain two‑way communication with key decision‑makers, handling correspondence and performance reporting.
• Identify and develop business opportunities to expand the partnership portfolio.
• Present performance insights to senior executives and train field officers on product usage and processes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in operational or data‑heavy roles within financial services, fintech platforms, asset financing, or commercial banking.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives and field staff alike.
• Ambitious professional seeking to transition into a commercial account‑management career.
