Parts Sales Executive - Electric Motorbikes

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Parts Sales Executive for electric motorbikes in the Central Region. The role covers selling genuine spare parts, developing dealer and workshop business, managing customer relationships and keeping track of orders and inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Sell genuine electric motorbike spare parts and reach assigned sales and revenue targets
• Prospect and onboard dealers, retailers, workshops, mechanics, fleet operators and institutional clients, and build territory sales plans
• Visit customers regularly, prepare quotations, negotiate prices within approved limits and close sales
• Maintain customer relationships, recommend suitable parts and provide after-sales support
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of spare parts, advise on compatibility and installation, and run product demonstrations
• Process orders accurately, monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
• Monitor competitors and market trends, and report sales performance and forecasts to management
• Maintain customer records in the CRM system and follow company sales policies

Required profile

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the mobility or automotive industry, dealing with spare parts
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience with motorcycle or electric vehicle spare parts is a strong advantage
• Valid A2 motorcycle licence is mandatory
