Portfolio Account Specialist – Immunology (VIC West + SA)

About the role

The Portfolio Account Specialist will focus on high‑potential customers and accounts within the Immunology portfolio across Victoria West and South Australia. You will engage healthcare professionals through value‑based conversations and deliver tailored experiences across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and engage high‑potential healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Build deep, trusted relationships with customers in a compliant and ethical manner.
• Deliver personalized engagement using data, insights, approved content and multiple channels.
• Conduct value‑based conversations to understand challenges, decision drivers and patient needs.
• Develop and implement territory, account and interaction plans based on insights and business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that improve the patient journey.
• Establish strong relationships with opinion leaders and medical influencers at the territory level.
• Share customer insights with internal stakeholders to inform content, campaigns and engagement plans.
• Ensure all activities comply with the Novartis Code of Ethics and report technical complaints or adverse events within required timelines.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused, commercially minded sales professional with experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to use insights and data to drive effective customer engagement.
• Motivated to join a newly created national team and contribute to growth of an important Immunology portfolio.
