Practice Development Consultant – AZ/NM

About the role

Cynosure is seeking a Practice Development Consultant to sell consumables, face masks, and ampoules across a defined territory. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing Cynosure Lutronic customers while actively prospecting new accounts to grow market share.

Key responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned region to engage with Cynosure Lutronic accounts.
• Conduct on‑site visits with providers, practice owners, and staff to understand needs and provide product support.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships that drive repeat business.
• Identify and open new accounts for ampoules and face masks.
• Generate sales revenue and meet or exceed regional targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive appropriate marketing, clinical education, and service support.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling medical‑aesthetic consumables or related healthcare products.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the territory.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
