Program & Traffic Manager
Scangroup · Nairobi
Job description
About the role
Digitribe is looking for a combined Program and Traffic Manager to coordinate the flow of briefs, information, assets and creative work across brand and agency teams. As Traffic Manager, you will optimize workflow and efficiency by managing the intake, prioritization and movement of creative briefs and projects for a large portfolio of alcohol and beverage brands in a fast-paced social media newsroom. As Program Manager, you will connect brand teams with the client-embedded agency team so that briefs are clear and assets move smoothly to support marketing campaigns. You report to the Delivery Director.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for incoming creative briefs, making sure they are complete and submitted through Wrike, and return incomplete ones with clear guidance.
- Maintain traffic-management processes, prioritize and schedule projects by deadline, resources and strategic importance, and resolve ambiguities in briefs with brand teams.
- Distribute briefs to copywriters, designers and art directors, monitor progress, spot bottlenecks and hold regular check-ins and stand-ups.
- Gather and organize assets such as brand guidelines, artwork and legal approvals, and keep a clear system for tracking project assets.
- Champion Wrike as the central project-management tool, develop brief-submission guidelines and train internal teams on workflows.
- Ensure deliverables meet brief requirements and brand standards, facilitate reviews and track final approvals.
- Track and report KPIs on intake, turnaround times and resource use, and use data to forecast workloads and recommend staffing or process changes.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in traffic management, project management or a similar operational role in an agency or in-house creative team.
- Proven track record of optimizing creative workflows and improving operational efficiency.
- Experience in a fast-paced, digital-first environment, preferably managing social media content.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in Wrike and advanced project-management software.
- Organizational, time-management and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and turn insights into improvements.
