Property Sales Consultant

About the role

Career Directions Limited is recruiting, on behalf of its client, a confident, well-presented and highly articulate Property Sales Consultant in Nairobi, Kenya. The role sits under the Head of Sales and suits someone who builds relationships, delivers persuasive presentations and closes high-value deals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic outreach and market intelligence, and build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations and site viewings, advise clients on property options, pricing and payment plans, and negotiate to close high-value transactions.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensure timely execution of sales agreements and collection of deposits, and follow up on payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in the CRM, provide sales reports and pipeline updates, and represent the company professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Sales, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in direct sales or a high-value B2C/B2B sales environment.
• Confident and persuasive, able to engage senior and affluent clients; well-groomed with strong executive presence.
• A proactive hunter who enjoys generating new business, skilled in negotiation, objection handling and closing deals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
