Real Estate Advisor - Zuri Springs Land Sales

About the role

The Real Estate Advisor for Zuri Springs works for a client, Tatu City, Kenya's first operational Special Economic Zone, owned and developed by Rendeavour. The role focuses on identifying new sales leads, managing site visits and driving sales of residential developments in Zuri Springs, taking part in fairs, exhibitions and presentations, and supporting the Head of Sales and Deputy Head of Sales in strengthening sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with buyers and provide details of Zuri Springs products, including price, size and location.
• Prospect, originate and close sales at Zuri Springs.
• Build an understanding of the local and international property market and share relevant information with clients.
• Assist the Head of Sales and Deputy Head of Sales in planning open days and other initiatives to generate leads and increase sales.
• Develop links with agencies and brokerage firms to support the sales process.
• Perform administrative duties, attend seminars and trade shows to gather market information and generate leads.
• Help host client presentations to expand the client database.
• Maintain client relationships and understand their property needs.
• Collect market data and intelligence on Rendeavour's key markets in Kenya and produce quarterly trend reports.
• Record all sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing or Business Studies is an advantage.
• Wide network in Kenyan business circles.
• Over two years' experience in sales and marketing of real estate products.
• Commercially minded, with strong sales ability and customer engagement skills.

Required skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and good negotiation skills.
• Good attention to detail, organized and rigorous approach.
• Comfortable working autonomously and using the CRM system.
