Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to drive talent acquisition for our growing BPO operations in Nairobi. The role focuses on building and maintaining pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines for recurring, niche and high‑demand positions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Conduct initial screenings, provide candidate summaries and market insights to recruiters.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and share labour‑market intelligence.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Boolean search.
• Proven ability to research, engage and map passive talent.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to talent gaps.
