Recruitment Specialist – Specialist Positions

About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to independently manage the hiring process for specialist‑type positions, ensuring vacancies are filled within the agreed timelines. You will work closely with the recruitment supervisor to support urgent hiring needs and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Key responsibilities
- Independently meet recruitment needs for specialist‑type positions and close them within the specified time.
- Assist the recruitment supervisor with resume screening and interview coordination for urgent roles.
- Record recruitment ledger entries and archive all related documents properly.
- Operate and execute tasks using the company’s MOKA recruitment system.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment roles.
- Preferable experience in washing‑powder factories, large‑scale chemical plants, processing plants or light‑industry environments.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the MOKA recruitment system.
