Relationship Officer – Customer Acquisition & Sales

About the role

The Relationship Officer will act as the front‑line representative of the bank, promoting financial products and building lasting relationships with clients in Eldoret. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will directly contribute to sales growth and portfolio development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new clients for the bank’s portfolio.
• Market a range of financial products and services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships.
• Process loan applications and follow up on repayments.
• Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• KCSE Certificate (a Diploma or Degree is an added advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sales or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work within the assigned branch.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for reporting.

What we offer

• Gross salary ranging from KES 15,000 to KES 30,000 per month (average KES 25,000).
