About the role
Join Comma Football, a fast‑growing sportswear brand, as a remote Customer Service Agent. You will support eCommerce and apparel customers for a short‑term contract of 2‑3 months, with the possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities
- Answer, assign, and escalate support tickets using Zendesk.
- Communicate with the shipping partner via their platform and Google Sheets.
- Modify orders on Shopify and process shipping edits on the partner platform.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure tickets are resolved within five days.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and data‑entry abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of Zoom video calls.
- Flexibility to work within the appropriate time zones and willingness to take on ad‑hoc tasks.
- A passion for football is a plus.

What we offer
