Remote Insurance Advisor (Insurance Sales)

About the role

This is a full-time, 100% remote Insurance Advisor position focused on generating insurance sales. You will reach out to prospective and existing customers by call, email and digital channels, give professional advice, prepare quotations and guide customers through the sales process until the policy is issued. You must stay productive, hit sales targets and follow company policies and compliance rules.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound enquiries about insurance products
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable solutions within their budget
• Prepare, present and explain quotations, policy benefits, exclusions and coverage options
• Convert enquiries into sales using consultative and negotiation skills
• Follow up on pending quotations and renewals and maintain customer records in the CRM
• Coordinate with internal departments so policies are issued on time
• Keep up to date on products, underwriting guidelines, pricing and market trends
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in insurance sales, advisory, telesales, BPO sales or similar customer-facing roles preferred
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment
• Familiarity with insurance products and UAE insurance is an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage

Required skills

• CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently remotely

• Basic salary of AED 1,500 per month
• Guaranteed monthly incentive of AED 1,500, giving guaranteed earnings of AED 3,000
