Remote Sales Executive – Hybrid Closers Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Sales Executive to drive new business for our digital‑marketing services. The role focuses on outbound outreach to CEOs, founders and business owners, converting prospects into paying clients through a structured sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact decision‑makers (CEOs, founders, business owners) via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls.
• Run cold outreach campaigns and book sales meetings.
• Present and sell SEO, Google Ads, website design and digital‑marketing packages.
• Follow up consistently until deals are closed.
• Maintain pipeline and track activity in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Confident communicator able to speak with CEOs and business owners.
• Fluent in English and Swahili.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in agency or B2B environments.
• Willingness to learn and execute cold‑outreach techniques.
• Own a laptop and stable internet connection.
• Highly disciplined, target‑driven and able to handle rejection.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
• Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
