Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Manager will drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships for a security services firm. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role combines business development, client management, and strategic marketing to ensure the company remains a market leader.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales revenue by identifying and pursuing opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Prepare high‑quality proposals for new services and upsell to existing customers.
• Support senior management in presenting proposals and organizing business development events.
• Market and sell security guarding services and cross‑sell related security products.
• Establish and expand the client base while ensuring profitability of the business unit.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Develop, monitor, and execute marketing budgets and strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Design and launch direct‑marketing campaigns, leveraging creativity and innovation.
• Conduct market research, analyse results and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Track client accounts to maintain engagement and retention, and report on marketing activity performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in protective services & management, procurement, business administration, marketing or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in the security industry or public sector.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and work under pressure.
• Extensive network within the security sector.
• Creative, integrity‑driven, respectful and caring attitude.
