About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer/Executive to drive business growth for Elite Offset Ltd. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and ensuring strong client relationships within the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

Prospecting and lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline.
Conducting client consultations to understand needs and propose solutions.
Preparing estimates, quotes, and proposal documents.
Strategic account management and retention of existing customers.
Achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
Reporting sales performance and tracking key metrics.
Monitoring project timelines and ensuring delivery commitments.

Required profile

Mid‑level professional with at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a B2B environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Results‑oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
