Sales Executive – Solar Solutions

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive growth for our solar solutions portfolio by identifying new customers, conducting energy assessments, and guiding clients through the purchase and installation process. This role combines field work with consultative selling to deliver tailored renewable energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, field visits, and community outreach.
• Energy Audits: Evaluate property energy consumption and recommend appropriate solar panel, inverter, and battery sizes.
• Proposal & Pricing Presentation: Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close contracts based on client budgets and energy needs.
• Customer Retention: Serve as the primary contact throughout installation and ensure long‑term satisfaction.

Required profile

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Renewable Energy.
• Experience: 1–3 years of technical or consultative sales experience, preferably in renewable energy or construction.
