Sales Manager – Card Issuing (Mass & Middle Core Retail)

About the role

KCB Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of its card portfolio across mass and middle‑core retail segments. You will be responsible for driving new credit, prepaid and debit card issuance, both physical and virtual, while ensuring high utilization and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Grow card sales by issuing new credit, prepaid and debit cards for new business.
• Increase card utilization to deliver value to the bank.
• Direct, coordinate and manage card sales activities for the sales team.
• Set appropriate credit limits to maintain a quality asset book and acceptable NPL levels.
• Identify new card business opportunities and cross‑sell other bank products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve a target of at least 10 closed sales per month.
• Present product campaigns, new application forms and sales promotions.
• Analyse market intelligence and recommend product enhancements.
• Provide training and coaching to the sales team and branch staff.

Required profile

• Business‑related degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in card issuing.
• At least 3 years experience in sales.
• Minimum 1 year experience in relationship management.
