Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

Screena is seeking two motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to promote its all‑in‑one recruitment platform. You will help businesses streamline hiring by generating leads, closing deals, and supporting marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness and product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound/inbound sales, networking, referrals, digital channels, and events.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and tailored consultations for prospective clients.
• Generate qualified leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and lead‑generation activities.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to create marketing materials and support product launches, webinars, and events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor performance metrics, and recommend improvements based on market insights.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing or account management.
• Proven experience selling software, SaaS, HR solutions or B2B services is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
