Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by acquiring and managing institutional and corporate accounts across Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within institutional and corporate accounts.
• Conduct regular client visits, build strong relationships with key decision‑makers, and present the company’s product portfolio.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking and other business development activities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and sales opportunities, negotiate commercial terms and close high‑value sales.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, monitor market trends and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years proven B2B, corporate or consultative sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop client relationships and close high‑value deals.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills; confident engagement with senior decision‑makers.
• Valid driving licence, willingness to travel extensively and ability to work independently.
