Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the commercial strategy for telematics and fleet management solutions. This is a two‑year renewable contract based in Nairobi, reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth, profitability and market share.
• Lead and manage the commercial team, set revenue targets and monitor performance.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and negotiate complex contracts.
• Define pricing models, oversee contract governance and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with product development to align offerings with market needs.
• Monitor financial performance of commercial activities and represent the company at industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to build and execute commercial strategies in the telematics/fleet management sector.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of telematics solutions (GPS tracking, fleet management systems, vehicle diagnostics).
