Sales Operations Executive

About the role

Nuvaya Africa Limited supplies curated decorative boards for interior surfaces such as cabinetry, joinery, wardrobes and wall paneling, sourcing materials in Africa for the East African market. It is looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Operations Executive based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role supports and optimizes the sales process, coordinates sales, customer service and logistics teams, and helps strengthen relationships with interior designers, architects, workshops and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales data, prepare reports and monitor performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Coordinate between sales, customer service and logistics teams so orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Maintain CRM records and update product and pricing information.
• Support the sales team with proposals and documentation.
• Identify ways to improve sales efficiency.
• Engage with customers and partners, respond to inquiries and provide operational support.

Required profile

• Strong sales operations and sales skills to manage pipelines, support sales planning and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret sales data and spot process improvements.
• Relevant experience in sales operations, interior products, building materials or a related industry is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya, with strong organization and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets and basic data reporting tools is preferred.
