About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative Development to join our team on a full‑time basis. You will work in a KPI‑driven environment, using a mix of calls, emails and social outreach to generate qualified meetings for our sales organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Actively prospect new clients through phone calls, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging and CRM follow‑ups.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high‑quality meetings for the sales team.
  • Document all interactions, activities and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with sales colleagues to nurture opportunities and expand the sales pipeline.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, call‑center, appointment setting, cold calling or lead generation.
  • Proven experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo.io or similar tools.
  • Advanced or fluent English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to persist, adapt and thrive in a KPI‑focused environment.
