About the role
The Sales Representative will act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them to the right construction and building‑materials products. You will be responsible for driving sales, meeting targets, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers and recommend suitable products.
- Drive sales and achieve set targets.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, card, and mobile‑money payments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Required profile
- Diploma in Sales, Business, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the construction or building‑materials sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems for processing cash, card and mobile‑money transactions.
