Senior Advisory Associate

About the role

The Senior Advisory Associate will join iGravity’s Advisory team in Nairobi, supporting blended‑finance and impact‑investing projects across Sub‑Saharan Africa, MENA and Latin America. The role combines research, stakeholder engagement and project management to design financing solutions for development organisations and impact‑oriented partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of consulting mandates on blended finance, impact investing and innovative finance.
• Conduct background research, literature reviews and design data‑collection tools such as interview guides and online surveys.
• Analyse data, generate actionable insights and translate complex concepts into client‑ready deliverables.
• Prepare project plans, milestones and final reports with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to business development by drafting proposals and identifying potential regional partners.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to other iGravity business lines as required.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in impact investment management, consulting, development agencies or similar organisations.
• Proven ability to deliver complex assignments with increasing autonomy.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience in designing and managing research projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
