Senior Associate / Project Manager – Digital & Sustainability Transformation

About the role

bluegain is looking for a Senior Associate or Project Manager to lead digital, sustainability and business‑model transformation initiatives for C‑level clients. You will work at the intersection of technology and strategy, helping organisations design and implement change that drives growth and environmental impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project work‑streams and modules within large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Identify and leverage technology solutions that enhance business performance and sustainability.
• Develop transformation strategies, build project portfolios and execute organisation‑specific roadmaps.
• Support change‑management activities, engaging managers and employees to secure commitment.
• Conceptualise innovative products or services for client organisations.
• Produce thought‑leadership content for publication.
• Oversee project‑related coordination of employees and working‑student teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation programmes, IT organisations, or mission‑critical project/product roles.
• Degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable field (Bachelor or Master).
• Strong passion for IT and digital technologies and their strategic application.
