Senior Growth Analyst - Kenya

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to join its Kenya Growth team. The role plays a key part in accelerating acquisition and engagement in Kenya, driving analysis behind the country's growth strategy and translating data into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the analysis behind Kenya's growth strategy, identifying opportunities to grow user base, orders and retention through pricing, promotions, CRM and other marketing levers.
• Execute local marketing campaigns and support the localization of creative assets, working with CRM, Design, Commercial, Operations and Finance teams on promo creation and auditing, creative asset requests and partner campaigns.
• Build, maintain and scale reporting tools to track KPIs such as NC, CVR, RPO, CPO and retention using Looker, SQL and BigQuery, keeping them accurate and up to date.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for the local and Africa Growth teams and monitor the competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and projects based on the needs of local and global Growth and Marketing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Math, Stats or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience combining analytical work with hands-on campaign execution or project management.
• Strong analytical mindset, genuine curiosity for numbers and patterns, and proven ability to run projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on attitude and high willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Strong expertise with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus.
